Successful candidates will need to:

Possess a BEd or Bachelor's degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
•
Have a proven track record of teaching Psychology at KS4/KS5 or equivalent
•
Demonstrate a willingness to collaborate and share exemplary practices
•
Exhibit a growth mindset, reflecting on and focusing on solutions
•
Be creative and enthusiastic in their teaching approach
•
Show excellent interpersonal skills to engage closely with colleagues, students, and parents
•
Have a proven history of delivering outstanding learning and teaching
