About This Role

As a BCBA, your career possibilities are extensive. Vin Nexus Center presents a unique chance to become part of the founding team of a purpose-driven, not-for-profit special education school in Vietnam, where Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is incorporated within a holistic educational framework rather than being provided as a separate service.

This position transcends individual case management. As a BCBA at Vin Nexus Center, you will play a vital role in establishing sustainable, school-based behavioral systems that benefit students, educators, and families in the long run, anchored in ethical practices, evidence-based decision-making, and professional judgment.

This opportunity is perfect for BCBAs who are inspired by groundbreaking work, long-lasting impact, and the chance to help mold a new special education paradigm still developing in Vietnam.

We are looking for a BCBA who:

Has substantial experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, typically 3–5 years or more, with a proven history in Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA), Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) creation, data-driven decision-making, and parental involvement training.

Possesses current BCBA certification and a Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field from an accredited institution, fulfilling all ABA educational requirements.

Has experience in school-based or multidisciplinary settings, or is eager to transition from clinic-based practices to an integrated educational atmosphere.

Exhibits professional and collaborative communication with teachers, therapists, administrators, and families, while adhering to ethical standards and organizational policies.

Is prepared to work on-site and contribute to a safe, structured, and nurturing therapeutic environment aligned with the mission and vision of Vin Nexus Center.

In this position, you will:

- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and create individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) customized for each learner’s needs.

- Develop and supervise individual and group-based ABA programs, overseeing the implementation by RBTs and teaching assistants.

- Analyze behavioral data to track progress, adjust interventions, and report findings to families, educators, and leadership.

- Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs and teaching assistants in ABA techniques, data collection, and behavior support methods.

- Work closely with the academic team to weave behavioral goals into classroom settings, ensuring a unified learning experience for students.

- Assist in establishing school-wide behavioral frameworks, standards, and practices that encourage consistency, dignity, and positive outcomes for all students.

What we offer

A compensation package that acknowledges the significance of your role, competitive and aligned with your expertise, professional responsibilities, and contributions to developing a new special education model.

A school-based ABA model with manageable caseloads, strong multidisciplinary collaboration, and a firm commitment to evidence-based and trauma-informed practices.

A deeply mission-oriented atmosphere where educators and clinicians unite toward a shared objective: helping learners with special needs grow, belong, and prosper in the long term.

The exceptional opportunity to assist in building a high-impact special education school that delivers enduring social value for children, families, and the broader educational landscape in Vietnam.

Further information regarding compensation and benefits will be provided during the interview process.

If you are eager to leverage your expertise to create an ethical, integrated, and forward-thinking special education model in Vietnam, Vin Nexus Center offers a platform where your efforts can lead to meaningful and lasting change.
