About This Role

Arcadia Global School, Dubai is on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Primary Art Teacher to join our team starting August 2026. The ideal candidate will collaborate with fellow experienced educators to advance the school’s strategic goals and will have the capability to teach across all levels of Primary education.

Requirements:


A fully qualified teacher with a BEd, MEd, PGCE, QTS, or an equivalent qualification.


At least 3 years of teaching experience in a high-quality educational environment.


Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Confidence in delivering and enhancing the curriculum.


A commitment to ensuring the safety and welfare of children.


Exceptional teaching abilities with a knack for creating innovative lessons based on contemporary pedagogical approaches and forward-thinking initiatives.


A professional who thrives in collaboration with both the immediate teaching team and the broader school community.

Employ various teaching methods that promote engagement and meet curriculum requirements while ensuring that all students’ needs are addressed through structured objectives.


Uphold discipline in line with school policies and foster positive practices around punctuality, behavior, and academic standards.


Play a role in the development and execution of the subject’s strategic action plan.


Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student academic progress, adhering to school reporting protocols and addressing specific concerns as they arise.


Adhere to the current policies and procedures of the school.


Prepare and refresh subject materials, including schemes of work.
