Minimum Qualification: Bachelor Degree
Minimum Experience: 2 years
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in early childhood education or pre-school environments
- Strong grasp of the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Capability to establish a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning atmosphere for young children
- Exceptional communication skills with both children and their parents
- Innovative lesson planning that utilizes play-based learning strategies
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with young children
