Successful applicants will need to:

Hold a BEd or a Bachelor's degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
•
Have demonstrated experience in teaching Psychology to KS4/KS5 or equivalent
•
Be open to collaboration and sharing exemplary practices
•
Exhibit a growth mindset, being reflective and solution-oriented
•
Be creative and enthusiastic in their teaching approach
•
Possess excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents
