This is an exciting time to join our Trust. We have a fantastic central team, great leaders and hard-working staff across our schools. All 12 of our schools have improved significantly over the last three years and outcomes are above national averages in all key areas. We are now seeking an outstanding Headteacher to join our team and take us to the next phase of our journey - from Good to Great! We can offer you a thorough induction and ongoing professional development, strong networks of support, incredible opportunities to collaborate, and you will be part of our fantastic primary multi-academy trust. Dell Primary also has a new and exciting Specialist Resource Base (SRB) opening later in the year, so this leadership role is more than just headship!
