About This Role
Responsibilities:
1. Manages general administrative tasks for the Leadership Team.
2. Serves as a liaison between the Leadership Team, teachers, school staff, students, and parents.
3. Responds to inquiries from parents and school personnel via phone calls and emails.
4. Communicates with parents through the online platform and provides daily updates to all staff members.
5. Organizes the Leadership Team’s calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating various meetings as needed.
6. Records minutes during Leadership Team meetings.
7. Develops the cover list for the school.
8. Maintains and updates the school’s website.
9. Creates posters and charts using PowerPoint and Canva.
10. Prepares weekly community catch-up presentations using MS SWAY.
11. Designs curriculum handbooks for the school.
12. Develops signage for parents' evenings, classroom labels, and staff biographies.
13. Sets up payment links and assists with preparations for school trips.
14. Tracks student attendance.
15. Updates BlueSky Admin for the school.
16. Aids in the recruitment process.
