REACH Event Coordinator

We are looking for potential candidate who is passionate about the education industry. The candidate will be responsible for operational matters and ensure the running of all initiatives under REACH.

Job Description

• Coordinate, manage and deliver all events and activities for REACH. This includes inbound and outbound study groups, digital and physical professional learning sessions, exchange programmes, conferences, exhibitions, etc.

• Provide support to workshop facilitators to deliver high quality events.

• Organise local and overseas study groups and exchange programmes (e.g. registration, payments, flights and accommodation bookings, dialogue sessions planning).

• Plan and execute online and onsite events and trainings (e.g. attendance tracking, creation and distribution of certificates, procurement of materials, venue sourcing and booking, catering).

• Manage registrations of participants and work with Finance on issuance of invoices and receipts.

• Track and update the budget on a regular basis.

• Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure alignment of efforts

• Work with agencies, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure all REACH outcomes are aligned and met.

• Translation of materials for bilingual events and trainings.

Qualifications:

• At least possess Diploma or equivalent

• Experience in events management and administration is preferred

• At least 2 years of work experiences

• Possess a collaborative attitude and work well in a team-oriented work environment

• Good communication skills and bilingual in English and Mandarin

• Result-oriented and a hands-on

• Strong operational skills with the ability to multi-task

• Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines
