About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join our dedicated Primary team from January 2027, or earlier if available.
What You Will Be Doing:
In our primary setting, you will work within one of our two specialist learning pathways, carefully designed to meet the diverse needs of our pupils. These pathways are tailored to pupil need, and you will help our pupils develop the qualities of our school values: Respect, Resilience, Confidence, Motivation, Aspiration and Integrity.
Your role will include teaching small classes (typically 8-12 pupils) with dedicated teaching assistant support, delivering engaging, creative lessons adapted to individual learning styles and needs and using communication strategies to support pupils with communication difficulties. You will work closely with our Assistant Headteacher of Primary and experienced colleagues to develop innovative approaches, collaborating with outside agencies and families. You will plan activities that challenge all pupils and encourage personal growth, contributing to our supportive and nurturing provision.

We are looking for candidates with Qualified Teacher Status, a passion for teaching and learning that can be utilised to challenge all pupils, and the ability to motivate, inspire and stimulate curiosity, interest and enjoyment.
