About This Role
Kings’ School Al Barsha is in search of a committed and passionate SEND Teacher to join our growing Inclusion department, where we uphold high expectations for our students. In this role, you will foster an engaging, language-rich atmosphere that promotes student progress with a focus on enhancing communication and interaction skills, social growth, and emotional self-regulation.

Requirements and Experience:
- A relevant bachelor’s degree in Special Needs Education
- Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or an equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a special needs classroom
- Experience with students facing learning difficulties and significant communication barriers
- Ability to adapt the curriculum to meet the specific needs of each child
- Expertise in creating a structured learning environment
- Skill in designing innovative learning activities tailored to individual needs
- Proficiency in developing Individual Education Plans
- A clear personal educational philosophy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comprehensive understanding of teaching early language and mathematical skills
- Commitment to inclusive education that addresses the unique requirements of each child
