We are seeking a committed IT & Computing Teacher to join our Design and Technology department. This position involves teaching High/Secondary School students in Computing, in accordance with the United Kingdom curriculum. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine passion for technology education and the ability to inspire students to improve their computing skills and knowledge.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in Computing at the secondary school level
- In-depth understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Computing
- Familiarity with modern educational technologies and software relevant to computing
- Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Applicants must possess a British teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
