We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Business Partner to join our Trust on a 0.6 FTE basis, with working arrangements to be agreed with the successful candidate.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and supporting our workforce across a growing family of special schools and specialist post-16 provision. Working closely with school leaders and the central team, you will provide trusted professional advice, lead on complex employee relations matters and contribute to the development of people-focused strategies that enable our staff and learners to thrive.

You will be a confident HR practitioner with significant experience of advising leaders in complex environments, ideally within the education sector. As well as leading on the interpretation and application of employment policies, you will support organisational development, workforce planning, recruitment and retention initiatives, and the delivery of continuous professional development priorities across the Trust.

Has experience of managing a broad range of employee relations casework.

The role is based at our Trust offices in Kettering, although regular travel between Trust sites will be required. Flexibility, adaptability and a strong commitment to partnership working are essential.
