English Teacher

Institut auf dem Rosenberg is seeking an enthusiastic English Language & Literature teacher who can inspire students of different age groups within a global environment. A proven track record in AP English Language and/or Literature, A-Levels, or IBDP will be greatly valued.

We are particularly interested in candidates who:

• Employ modern teaching techniques and have a strong history of achieving excellent academic results, effective classroom management, and personalized instruction;
• Have extensive experience teaching a variety of age groups and successfully modifying lessons to accommodate individual learning needs;
• Have taught English Language and Literature to an international student population;
• Have mentored students in preparation for international competitions;
• Are eager to assist in the development and implementation of the Rosenberg International Curriculum®;
• Wish to engage actively in Institut auf dem Rosenberg’s extensive Talent & Enrichment programme;
• Are capable of leading initiatives and working independently.

Requirements - ideal candidates will have:

• A relevant degree along with a PGCE or equivalent teaching credential;
• A minimum of 4 years of teaching experience;
• The readiness and ability to teach International GCSEs/A-Levels, IB Diploma, and US High School Diploma/Advanced Placements;
• A successful track record in preparing students for the above qualifications, resulting in outstanding grades;
• A commitment to the ongoing advancement and excellence of Institut auf dem Rosenberg, aligned with the school’s values and mission.
