About You:
As the Behaviour Manager at Abbeyfield School, you will be a confident, resilient and highly visible presence who is passionate about helping young people succeed. You will have experience of supporting students to reflect on their choices, using restorative practice to rebuild relationships and promote positive behaviour. With strong listening, de-escalation and communication skills, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure while maintaining high expectations for every student. Above all, you will share our commitment to inclusion, student wellbeing and creating a culture where every young person feels supported, valued and empowered to achieve their full potential.
