Location: Epsom College in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur Campus) & Borneo

Camp Dates:

Wild Minds Camp (Early Summer)
28 June 2026 > 5 July 2026

Wild Minds Camp (Late Summer)
5 July 2026 > 12 July 2026

Availability: Teachers are required to attend an induction two days before the camp begins.

About the Programme:

Wild Minds Camp offers a groundbreaking 10-day residential programme that merges technology, environmental education, and entrepreneurship. Set at Epsom College in Kuala Lumpur and our outdoor learning center in Borneo, the camp provides opportunities for students aged 11–17 to explore Artificial Intelligence, sustainability practices, and social innovation through hands-on and practical experiences.

Role Overview:

We are in search of passionate and experienced Science and IT Teachers to be part of our academic team for the Wild Minds Summer Camp. The ideal candidates will create engaging and interactive learning opportunities, guiding students as they investigate new technologies, environmental challenges, and entrepreneurial ideas.

Key Responsibilities:


Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons and workshops focused on science, IT, and technology applications.


Facilitate project-based learning initiatives centered on AI, sustainability, and entrepreneurship.


Supervise and assist students during both classroom instruction and outdoor activities.


Engage in fieldwork sessions and excursions.


Prioritize student safety and well-being at all times.


Contribute to a dynamic camp environment as an enthusiastic and collaborative team member.

Requirements:


A degree in Science, IT, Education, or a related discipline.


Teaching qualification and/or accreditation is preferred.


Demonstrated experience in providing technology-driven education to students aged 11–17.


Experience in residential or outdoor learning environments is a plus.


Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Asia and/or residential camp contexts.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


A commitment to innovative education, sustainability, and enhancing student engagement.

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
