Requirements and Experience:

Essential


• A bachelor's degree relevant to the teaching subject or equivalent

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Strong subject matter expertise and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing knowledge with students

• Experience teaching GCSE and A Level

• At least 3 years of teaching experience, although new teachers with outstanding potential are welcome to apply

• Ability to deliver consistently inspiring lessons and a proven record of achieving excellent results

• Strong collaborative skills and effective communication abilities

• Evidence of commitment to recent professional development relevant to this role

• Creative ideas to enhance the department's visibility within the school

• Proficiency in ICT that reflects the role of technology in modern classrooms

• Commitment to the extra-curricular program

• Dedication to the well-being and pastoral care of all students in your charge

• An innovative, creative, and positive approach

Desirable


• Experience working abroad or with international students
