Are you a passionate data professional who wants your work to drive real-world outcomes? Are you ready to bridge the gap between complex analytical insights and everyday educational excellence?

At Broad Horizons Education Trust, we believe high-quality data and intelligent insights hold the key to transforming opportunities for young people. We are seeking an ambitious, sharp, and solution-focused Senior Data & Insights Officer to join our centralised Data & Insights Service, based on-site at Thorpe St Andrew School & Sixth Form.

In this high-visibility role, you won't just be maintaining systems or inputting numbers—you will be the local technical expert, operational partner, and insights driver empowering senior leaders, heads of department, and teachers to make evidence-based decisions that raise educational standards.

If you want to:

  • Transform raw operational and assessment data into clear visual dashboards, actionable progress trackers, and strategic reports that directly shape student success.

  • Enjoy dedicated, hands-on involvement in a vibrant school environment while benefiting from the career development, collaborative expertise, and support of a central Trust Data Service.

  • Champion a modern, data-informed culture across departments by training staff, building user-friendly tools, and streamlining processes.
