We are currently seeking a dedicated SEL Counsellor to join our Elementary/Primary School team for the 2025/2026 academic year. The successful candidate will support students in their social and emotional development, helping them navigate challenges and build resilience within a supportive school environment.

Skills and Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field (minimum requirement)
- At least 3 years of experience in a school counselling role or a similar position that promotes children's social-emotional learning
- A strong understanding of SEL frameworks and strategies compatible with the Common Core curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, teachers, and staff
- Ability to confidentially evaluate student needs and develop appropriate intervention strategies
- Skills in conflict resolution, crisis management, and promoting positive behavior
