Ideal candidates will need to:

• Hold a BEd or Bachelor's degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent
• Have demonstrable experience teaching Secondary PE to KS4/KS5 or equivalent
• Be willing to collaborate and share their exemplary practices
• Possess a growth mindset, being reflective and solution-oriented
• Approach teaching with creativity and enthusiasm
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with colleagues, students, and parents
