GEMS Royal Dubai School is a lively, Premium British institution (currently offering FS1 – Year 7) that will expand to Year 8 in September 2025 and continue to grow annually through Year 13. As we continue to grow, we are in search of an enthusiastic and committed UK-trained mathematics teacher to join our team in September 2025. Job Purpose:
To teach across Key Stage 3 (with plans to expand into Key Stage 4 and 5) as a subject specialist, providing a holistic and dynamic educational experience that leads to exceptional outcomes for our students.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to achieving excellence for all students.

- Exhibiting very strong subject knowledge across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5 of the NCfE.

- Delivering consistently outstanding teaching and learning experiences by collaborating and sharing best practices.

- Utilizing student data to enhance progress and tailor learning experiences.

- Maintaining a High-Performance Mindset, focusing on reflection and solutions.

- Approaching teaching with creativity and enthusiasm.

- Being dedicated to safeguarding and supporting the personal and social development of students.

- Collaborating effectively with colleagues, students, and parents through excellent interpersonal skills.

- Aspiring to work in a World-Class school with genuine opportunities for career advancement.

- Contributing positively to our school community and culture by actively participating in extracurricular activities and community events.

- Pursuing your own professional development as an educator.

- Performing any other reasonable duties as assigned by the CEO and Principal.

Skills:
- A bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field is essential.
- A PGCE with QTS is mandatory.
- Proven experience teaching the subject across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5 of the NCfE.
