Candidate Criteria
- Exemplify and model our core values of curiosity, confidence, creativity, respect, and kindness.
- Possess a BEd or a Bachelor's degree with PGCE/PGDE or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate proven experience in teaching GCSE and A-Level subjects.
- Show the ability to share exemplary teaching practices.
- Approach teaching with creativity and enthusiasm, both in and out of the classroom.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents.
