JOB SUMMARY:
Dulwich College Seoul is seeking enthusiastic and flexible Primary School Cover Teachers to join our dynamic international school community on an as-needed basis. This role focuses on the Primary School (ages 3–11), with successful candidates being assigned to positions that align with their skills and experience. This opportunity is ideal for qualified educators who are passionate about teaching and eager to contribute to a vibrant, diverse, and inclusive educational atmosphere. As a Cover Teacher, your responsibilities will include delivering engaging lessons, nurturing a positive classroom environment, and ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of regular staff.
Though these roles begin as short-notice, on-call positions, there may be chances for both short- and long-term assignments throughout the academic year depending on the school's requirements. Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong classroom management skills, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to fostering students' learning and well-being. REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A teaching qualification, preferably with two or more years of experience in Primary School
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with full fluency in English
- An adaptable and flexible approach
- Competence and confidence in using learning technologies and classroom resources
- A high level of professionalism and a focus on the well-being of children
- Respect for all members of the school community, irrespective of their position, gender, age, or ethnic background
- A positive and solution-focused attitude towards work.

- This is a part-time position.
- Visa sponsorship is not available. Candidates must possess a valid working visa in Korea.
