About This Role

Dubai Heights Academy is on the lookout for a skilled Secondary PE Teacher to join our team starting in August 2025.

Dubai Heights Academy is a friendly and inviting workplace situated in the Al Barsha South area of Dubai. This presents a thrilling opportunity for an ambitious and inspiring Secondary PE teacher.

Established in 2017, the school delivers an inclusive, engaging, and exceptional education to a diverse international community of students from FS1 to Year 12 (2025-2026), with plans to expand organically to Year 13.

Our state-of-the-art campus features distinct buildings for different phases, alongside a 380-seat auditorium. Facilities include three temperature-controlled swimming pools, fully equipped science and computer laboratories, specialized rooms for art, design technology, music, and drama, a library, two multipurpose sports halls, a full-size football pitch, various outdoor play areas, and a spacious canteen. In the academic year 2025-2026, a new secondary building will open, significantly enhancing our existing facilities.

Dubai Heights Academy offers a curriculum designed to cater to all students, based on the National Curriculum for England. This curriculum has been adapted to meet local requirements and supplemented with Arabic language, Islamic Studies, Moral Education, and Social Studies. Furthermore, we have partnered with MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) to create and implement a unique AI (artificial intelligence) project-based program for secondary students and an early language program utilizing social robots for Primary, enriching our comprehensive curriculum.

Our school's philosophy, encapsulated in the ethos of ‘Every Child, Every Mind, and Everybody matters’, drives our commitment to ensuring that every student receives the highest quality education, irrespective of their background or abilities.
