Successful candidates should:
- Hold a BEd or a Bachelor's degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent
- Have proven experience teaching Maths at KS4/KS5 or equivalent
- Be eager to collaborate and share their exemplary practices
- Possess a growth mindset, being reflective and solution-oriented
- Approach teaching with creativity and enthusiasm
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues, students, and parents
- Have a demonstrated history of delivering outstanding learning and teaching
