About This Role

Dubai Heights Academy

Dubai Heights Academy is a nurturing and friendly environment to work in. Situated in the Al Barsha South district of Dubai, we are excited to offer a temporary position for an enthusiastic and inspiring EYFS teacher to join our team until December 13th.

Established in 2017, we provide an inclusive, vibrant, and exceptional education to a diverse community of students from FS1 to Year 11, with plans to expand organically to Year 13.

Our campus features cutting-edge facilities, including distinct buildings for each educational phase, a 380-seat auditorium, three temperature-controlled swimming pools, fully equipped science and computer labs, dedicated rooms for art, design technology, music, and drama, a library, two multipurpose sports halls, a full-sized football pitch, various outdoor play areas, and a spacious canteen. In the academic year 2024-2025, we will be unveiling a brand-new secondary building, significantly enhancing our existing facilities.

Dubai Heights Academy offers a curriculum designed to cater to the needs of all our students, grounded in the National Curriculum for England. This curriculum has been adapted to meet local requirements and supplemented with Arabic language, Islamic Studies, Moral Education, and Social Studies. Additionally, we have partnered with MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) to create and implement a customized AI project-based program for secondary students, alongside an early language initiative utilizing social robots for Primary students, further enriching our comprehensive curriculum.

Our guiding philosophy encapsulated in our school ethos, ‘Every Child, Every Mind and Everybody matters,’ reflects our belief that every student is entitled to the highest quality education, irrespective of their background or abilities.
