About This Role
Al Rabeeh Academy is on the lookout for dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teachers to become part of our vibrant and high-achieving team starting in August 2026.
As an EYFS Teacher at our international British curriculum school, you will play an essential role in providing exceptional early years education. Your responsibilities will include fostering a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive learning atmosphere, while also supporting the social, emotional, and academic growth of our youngest students.

What We Are Looking For:
We seek EYFS teachers who can:

Deliver captivating, play-based, and child-centered learning experiences aligned with the EYFS framework and the principles of the Curiosity Approach.
•
Foster a nurturing, inspiring, and purposeful environment that promotes exploration, independence, and a passion for learning.
•
Utilize effective formative assessment strategies to observe, document, and monitor children’s developmental progress.
•
Contribute to planning and the ongoing development of continuous provision, working collaboratively with the EYFS team to sustain a high-quality learning environment.
•
Support the holistic well-being of children and advocate for the school’s values, routines, and expectations.
•
Cultivate strong, positive relationships with parents through effective communication regarding children’s progress, achievements, and future steps.
•
Engage actively in school events, professional development, and broader school initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
Candidates must:
•
Be fluent in English
•
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Years Education or a related field, along with a PGCE / QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification).
•
Have experience teaching the English National Curriculum, ideally in an international context.
•
Exhibit strong classroom management abilities and a commitment to student well-being.
•
Demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
