Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, or a related discipline (minimum requirement)
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with a proven track record in delivering Cambridge A Level IT courses
- In-depth understanding of the Cambridge curriculum framework for secondary education
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing or coordinating academic teams or departments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, colleagues, and school administration
- Capability to create innovative lesson plans that address diverse learning needs while upholding high academic standards
- Proficiency in utilizing educational technology tools for both teaching and administrative functions
