We are on the lookout for a seasoned Housemaster/Housemistress to take on the role of Dean of Students, focusing on the pastoral care and growth of our secondary school learners, particularly those who are second language speakers.

Role Overview:
The Housemaster/Housemistress will spearhead the student boarding house community, ensuring a secure, nurturing, and inclusive atmosphere where every student can excel both academically and personally. This position demands substantial experience working with second language learners to aid their integration and success in the school environment. As Dean of Students, you will manage student welfare initiatives and work closely with educational staff to foster positive behavior and overall well-being.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
- At least 10 years of experience in secondary education or boarding house oversight
- Demonstrated ability to effectively support second language learners in an academic context
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing teams or student organizations
- Excellent communication skills across a variety of cultural backgrounds
- Capacity to create pastoral care programs that enhance student well-being and resilience
- Understanding of UK curriculum standards and expectations
