ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a Cambridge IGCSE & A-Level Art & Design educator to join our vibrant school community.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Art & Design teacher who is eager to make a significant impact and assist Chinese students in gaining admission to their preferred art institutions abroad, as well as achieving success in their future endeavors.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
• Culturally adaptable and committed to the principles of ‘student first’ and “learning and sharing”;
• Enthusiastic about the subject and dedicated to providing a holistic educational experience for students;
• Experienced in instructing Cambridge IGCSE & A-Level Art & Design to Chinese students while upholding high expectations;
• Skilled in developing curricula tailored to accommodate students' English proficiency and individual requirements;
• Proficient in utilizing assessment for learning and active learning strategies to foster student engagement and academic success;
• A collaborative team player with strong organizational capabilities;
• Previous experience in teacher training and mentorship is advantageous;
• Familiarity with supporting students in their university application processes.
