• • Create a caring, stimulating, and purposeful classroom environment that supports all pupils’ learning and wellbeing.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, ensuring all pupils are challenged and supported appropriately.
  • Use small group spaces effectively to deliver targeted interventions that close learning gaps.
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and safeguard the safety and welfare of all pupils.
  • Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external agencies to provide a holistic education.
  • Participate actively in school development, contributing to curriculum initiatives and school policies.
  • Use data and assessment thoughtfully to inform teaching and promote pupil progress.
