We are seeking an inspiring, strategic leader who can elevate teaching excellence, strengthen curriculum coherence and secure outstanding outcomes for all students.
In this key middle‑leadership role, you will shape the long‑term direction of Mathematics, champion high‑quality pedagogy, and ensure every student - regardless of background -achieves exceptional progress. You will lead a committed team, develop a high‑impact curriculum, and use data intelligently to raise attainment and close gaps.
Your leadership will extend beyond the classroom: nurturing staff talent, building strong partnerships with primary schools, engaging positively with families, and contributing to whole‑school priorities including literacy, numeracy and inclusive education.
