About the role:

As Deputy Headteacher, you will work closely with the Headteacher to provide strategic and operational leadership across the school. You will:

  • Share responsibility for people management, leading and supporting staff development, wellbeing, and high‑quality professional practice
  • Contribute to a safe, nurturing and aspirational environment in which children, families and staff can thrive
