KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish a strong presence for Dance and Drama within and outside the Faculty of Creative and Performing Arts.
Design and implement an engaging curriculum that enhances students' skills in movement, acting, storytelling, and performance.
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that encourage creativity, confidence, and artistic expression.
Organize and supervise performances, including productions, showcases, and recitals, ensuring high standards of participation and presentation.
Manage auditions, rehearsals, and the technical aspects of performances.
Utilize assessment effectively to support student progress and create challenging learning opportunities for all.
Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and school-wide initiatives.
Contribute to the co-curricular life of the school through workshops, clubs, and performances.
