The Opportunity

We are seeking a Bilingual Mathematics Teacher (High School) to join our senior high school program at RDFZ Tongzhou Campus. In this role, you will deliver high-quality mathematics instruction in English to students on both standard and advanced academic tracks.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the high school mathematics curriculum and experience teaching advanced placement courses, including AP Pre-Calculus, AP Calculus (AB/BC), and AP Statistics. Familiarity with academic proficiency assessments is essential, and prior experience coaching math competitions (such as AMC or similar math olympiads) is highly valued.

About You

We are looking for a teacher who can:

• Deliver engaging, well-organized mathematics lessons in English that foster deep conceptual understanding
• Teach advanced and AP-level mathematics courses with confidence and rigor
• Prepare students thoroughly for academic assessments and standardized tests
• Support high-achieving students, including those participating in mathematics competitions
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve the mathematics program
• Make a positive impact on the broader school community and academic culture

You will have:

• The ability to engage and inspire high-performing students
• A recognized teaching qualification (BEd, PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
• At least two years of full-time high school teaching experience
• Experience teaching mathematics in English
• Strong knowledge of the high school mathematics curriculum
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English
• Experience with the AP curriculum (preferred)
