About This Role
Singapore International School Thonburi (SISB TR), a member of the SISB Schools network, is seeking a passionate and skilled Computer Science / Information Technology Teacher to educate students in Secondary and Sixth Form (Grades 7–12). This role involves delivering the Singapore curriculum for Grades 7–8 and teaching the Cambridge IGCSE and A Level Computer Science/IT for Grades 9–12.
Key Responsibilities
•
Craft and deliver engaging Computer Science / IT lessons for students in Grades 7–12.
•
Teach Cambridge IGCSE and A Level courses in accordance with the syllabus requirements.
•
Assist students in transitioning from the Singapore curriculum to the Cambridge system.
•
Assess and report on student progress using effective evaluation techniques.
•
Utilize educational technologies and hands-on applications to enhance the learning journey.
•
Engage in curriculum development, teamwork, and extracurricular initiatives.
•
Create a supportive, inclusive, and well-structured learning atmosphere.
Requirements
•
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
•
A valid teaching certification.
•
Experience with Cambridge IGCSE/A Level programs is a plus.
•
A strong dedication to continuous professional growth and the ethos of an international school.
