Secondary Physics Teacher

Job Description

As a Secondary Teacher of Physics, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that inspire students aged 11-18. Your duties will include planning and implementing the UK curriculum, assessing student progress, and contributing to the development of the science program within the school.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physics or a related area (minimum requirement)
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience in secondary education
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the UK physics curriculum and assessment standards
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Strong skills in classroom management
  • Excellent communication abilities with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Familiarity with educational technology tools
