About This Role
Due to our ongoing expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled MYP/DP PE Teacher to become part of our team, starting on 18-08-2025. We are looking for individuals who can inspire student inquiry and engagement, particularly those with experience in the IB curriculum who can tailor learning to individual needs and demonstrate a strong commitment to holistic education.

The Role:
The PE Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons that ensure exceptional student learning within the IB/MYP/DP framework. The ideal candidate will have a warm and personable demeanor, along with an engaging presence. Emphasis will be placed on offering well-resourced lessons and fostering an environment that supports every child’s right to learn, balancing warmth with challenge. Teachers are expected to build strong relationships not only with students but also with the entire school community and beyond. The perfect candidate will confidently deliver lessons that enhance students’ self-esteem and confidence.
Requirements:
- Teaching qualification in Secondary Physical Education.
- Valid American Teaching License, PGCE with UK Qualified Teacher Status, Bachelor of Education, or SACE.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of proven teaching experience is essential, preferably in an IB school.
- A professional commitment to the effective implementation of an enriched IB/MYP curriculum.
- Proficient IT skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A passion for promoting sports through extracurricular activities and competitions.
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to contribute to the overall welfare of the school.
