The International German School Hefei (IGS) is a growing international institution offering a bilingual program, located in the dynamic city of Hefei, approximately a two-hour train journey from Shanghai. To strengthen our international division, we are seeking a committed and qualified English Teacher for our Primary and/or Secondary School.

Full-time
Contract Duration:
3 years or by mutual agreement
Job Description:
Full-time teaching of English in the Primary and/or Secondary sections.
Candidate Profile:
- A degree in English, Education, or a related field
- A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
- Preferred experience in international or bilingual educational environments
- Familiarity with international curricula (such as Cambridge, IB PYP/MYP) is a plus
- Strong classroom management and intercultural communication skills
- Knowledge of language acquisition methodologies (EAL/CLIL) is advantageous
