Skills
Successful candidates will be required to:
- Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics along with a PGCE/PGDE or equivalent.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Maths teachers to ensure exemplary teaching and learning standards.
- Demonstrate a willingness to collaborate and share exceptional practices.
- Maintain a growth mindset, demonstrating reflection and solution-oriented thinking.
- Approach teaching with creativity and enthusiasm.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with colleagues, students, and parents.
