We are in search of an exceptional Head of Design Technology to become part of our team at GEMS Wellington Academy, Al Khail. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and enhance the Design Technology curriculum
- Encourage outstanding teaching practices, integrating creative, technical, and industry-relevant skills
- Monitor student progress, utilizing data to inform intervention strategies and curriculum enhancements
- Ensure quality assurance through lesson observations, data tracking, and departmental planning
- Contribute to the school's strategic vision and improvement plans while fostering collaboration across subjects
- Assist the Senior Leadership Team in preparing for inspections and providing professional development in Design Technology.
