Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and experienced part-time Secondary & Sixth Form Science Teacher to join our committed science department. The successful candidate will exhibit a profound passion for science and will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging science lessons to students, employing a range of pre-prepared methods and techniques as needed.
  • Promote creativity and critical thinking through interactive projects and assignments.
  • Incorporate technology into teaching strategies, as appropriate, to enhance learning experiences.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to students on their work, facilitating growth and improvement.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes creativity, respect, and collaboration.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field.
  • PGCE in Science with QTS.
  • Right to work in Spain.
  • Previous experience teaching GCSE Science.
  • Comprehensive subject knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for science education and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Ability to adapt instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
