The Role
The Director of International Curriculum - Primary School at Shanghai Concord Bilingual School (referred to as “the School”) will report directly to the Executive Principal of the School.
In the capacity of Director of International Curriculum – Primary School, your responsibilities will include working alongside the Chinese Head of Primary to manage the operations of the Primary School, ensuring compliance with the School’s policies, regulations, and any directives issued by the Executive Principal, as well as relevant legal requirements.
Guided by the Executive Principal, the Director of International Curriculum – Primary School will collaborate with the Chinese Head of Primary to facilitate the effective delivery of teaching, educational administration, and the day-to-day functioning of the Primary School. This encompasses areas such as:
a) Academic/Staff Management
b) Curriculum/Teaching and Learning
c) Procurement & Budget
d) Admissions
e) Human Resources
f) Strategy/Marketing/Government relations/Parent relations
