Deputy Head of Primary (Head of EY and Gr1)- Raha Gardens Campus (August 2026)

We are seeking an exceptional and experienced leader to fill the role of Deputy Head of Primary (Head of Early Years and Grade 1) beginning in August 2026.

This critical position is part of the Primary Senior Leadership Team, responsible for both the academic and operational management of Early Years and Grade 1. The ideal applicant will play a key role in nurturing high-quality teaching and learning experiences, improving student outcomes, delivering outstanding pastoral care, and promoting staff development in alignment with the IB PYP philosophy.

The role requires a proactive and reflective leader who can take initiative, make informed decisions, and act as the main point of contact for teachers, ensuring consistency, collaboration, and excellence during this educational phase. #WeGrow People

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related discipline
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching credential
• Extensive leadership experience within a school environment (essential)
• Experience in Early Years/Primary education, preferably within an IB PYP framework
• Strong understanding of teaching, learning, and curriculum development
