CP Coordinator - Aug 2026

We are seeking a skilled CP Coordinator to become part of our esteemed team at GEMS Education in Dubai, with a start date in August 2026. Key Responsibilities: Deliver both strategic and operational guidance for the IB Career-related Programme (CP), ensuring complete adherence to IB standards, practices, and philosophy. Supervise the planning, execution, and continuous enhancement of the CP curriculum, which includes essential components such as Personal and Professional Skills (PPS), Reflective Project, Language Development, and Service Learning. Collaborate with Heads of Department and subject educators to guarantee effective integration of CP pathways into the broader Secondary curriculum. Take the lead on student progress, assessment, and reporting within the CP, ensuring robust tracking, support, and intervention as needed. Oversee IB compliance, documentation, and program evaluations, including preparation for IB verification, evaluation, and authorization processes. Foster the development of CP teaching staff through professional development, guidance, and quality assurance. Serve as a primary contact for students and parents, offering insights on CP pathways, post-16 options, and potential progression routes. Build and sustain external partnerships relevant to CP pathways, which may include vocational providers, universities, and industry collaborators. Participate in whole-school initiatives, engage in Secondary leadership discussions, and contribute to cross-programme collaboration as appropriate. Advocate for the CP as a premium, aspirational pathway that enhances student engagement, retention, and progression.
