ABOUT THE COMMUNITY
Joseph H. Kerr School serves students from Nursery to Grade 12 and has an enrollment of 150 in Snow Lake, Manitoba, situated between Flin Flon and Thompson, Manitoba. This picturesque town by the lake offers outstanding recreational opportunities and essential community services, including a grocery store, banking, a public library, a health centre, and a community hall. Snow Lake is also equipped with a hockey arena, curling rink, nine-hole golf course, and a beach, which host various activities and tournaments throughout the year.

WHAT YOU BRING
• A Bachelor of Education Degree and a valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate (or eligibility to obtain one).
• A solid understanding of provincial curricula.
• Previous teaching experience.
• Proficiency with school-based technology.
• Strong classroom management abilities.
• Knowledge of the Indigenous Way of Life (considered an asset).
• Experience in a northern community (considered an asset).
