Our Curriculum

DBSJ follows the National Curriculum for England from EYFS through to GCSE, BTEC, and A Level courses. The curriculum is significantly enriched by the local context and culture. We place equal importance on the opportunities that students have outside the classroom, offering a diverse, competitive, and extensive extracurricular activities program.

Requirements:

• Minimum A-Level or equivalent (certificate must be MoFA attested)
• Passion and enthusiasm for supporting children with an inclusive approach
• High expectations that inspire and motivate students
• Experience or potential for working with students; previous teaching or teaching assistant experience is preferred
• Strong written and spoken English skills
• A genuine enthusiasm and aptitude for engaging with students
• Team player capable of collaborating effectively within a team
