About This Role

The Junior & Senior School is a vibrant, nonprofit independent day school in Nicosia, Cyprus, following the British curriculum and serving over 1,450 students aged 3 to 19 (with 660 in the Senior School). Founded in 1944, the institution is distinguished by its dedication to academic excellence, comprehensive education, and community involvement. The Junior School, centrally located in Nicosia, has been delivering Primary education and hosts our Early Years department since its establishment.

In 2016, we launched the Senior School campus in Latsia, southern Nicosia, facilitating a seamless educational journey for students transitioning from our Junior School within a spacious environment. As of September 2025, we have enhanced our Sixth Form offerings by introducing the IB Diploma Program, alongside our successful A Level curriculum.

Our school is committed to providing innovative and creative educational experiences that foster the social, physical, and emotional development of all students. We prepare them to engage with the global community as confident, compassionate, and healthy young adults. Core values such as respect, tolerance, and empathy are integral to our ethos. Following a recent independent inspection by the Schools Inspectorate (BSO) in November 2024, we are proud that the institution met all required standards and was rated as providing an ‘Excellent’ quality of education.

We are currently in search of an outstanding professional to take on the role of Head of Inclusion (AEN & ATG) - Whole School. This position involves providing strategic leadership and oversight in the formulation and execution of inclusive practices and policies throughout our educational environment. The successful candidate will champion our dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring that all students—including those with diverse learning needs (AEN), neurodivergent students, and our Academically Talented & Gifted (ATG) pupils—have equitable access to quality education. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering an inclusive culture, promoting collaboration among all stakeholders, ensuring inclusive practices across both campuses, and achieving positive outcomes for every student.
