We are in search of a skilled and passionate EYFS School Head to become part of our leadership team in the role of Vice Principal. This position entails managing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) department, with an emphasis on ensuring outstanding teaching and learning experiences for our youngest students.

Job Description:
In the capacity of EYFS School Head, you will take charge of leading and overseeing the Early Years department. Collaboration with teachers, parents, and senior management will be essential in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment that adheres to Cambridge standards and promotes children’s development. Your leadership will guarantee that all educational practices comply with regulatory standards while encouraging ongoing improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (minimum requirement)
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in early years education
- Preferred experience in a leadership role within an international school
- In-depth understanding of the Cambridge Early Years curriculum framework
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate staff while enhancing teamwork
- Proficient in monitoring student progress and applying effective interventions
- Skilled in establishing positive relationships with parents and stakeholders
- Well-organized with a keen attention to detail
