Capital School Bahrain is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and passionate Teacher of Mathematics to join our expanding secondary team.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for teaching Mathematics at Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to engage in A-Level Mathematics as we enhance our post-16 offerings. This position is ideal for an accomplished educator who is enthusiastic about mathematics and committed to improving student success.

Key Responsibilities include:


Delivering exceptional Mathematics instruction across KS3 and KS4


Designing well-organized lessons that adhere to the English National Curriculum


Fostering significant student progress and achievement, including IGCSE results


Utilizing assessments effectively to guide teaching and interventions


Encouraging positive behavior, engagement, and high expectations among students


Collaborating effectively with the Mathematics department and the broader school community

The ideal candidate will possess:


Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)


Robust subject knowledge in Mathematics


Experience teaching the English National Curriculum and IGCSE Mathematics


Proficient classroom management skills and effective teaching practices


A dedication to inclusive education and student wellbeing


Experience or an interest in A-Level Mathematics (preferred)
