About This Role

We are currently in search of a qualified Teacher of Biology to enhance our Science department. This fixed-term role entails instructing Biology at the High/Secondary School level in accordance with the UK-GCSE curriculum. The ideal candidate will possess a fervor for science education and a commitment to engaging students while promoting academic success.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biology or a related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, ideally within the UK-GCSE framework
- In-depth understanding of Biology concepts pertinent to secondary education
- Capability to plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to a variety of student needs
- Strong classroom management abilities
- Proficiency in utilizing educational technology and resources to create an interactive learning environment
- Excellent communication skills with students, parents, and staff
